The dictionary defines “mentor” as a “wise and trusted counselor or teacher.” When we at The Davison Group crafted the plans for The Davison Institute for Organizational Excellence and the training it would provide, we knew that we wanted it to be distinctive. We painstakingly designed subject area paths that would be real-world relevant, then planned each seminar with equal care. We built continuity into the design. And when it came to delivery of training, we knew we wanted to go beyond the customary.

Lots of highly competent trainers can walk into a room, offer a handout, make a presentation, allow some time for discussion, and say goodbye. But we were looking for more. We wanted TDI learning to be personal. We wanted those teaching our seminars to truly get to know the participants, their organizations, their responsibilities, their successes, and their challenges. We wanted those teaching our seminars to be responsive to real-world work life, and to help participants apply seminar content to their individual situations.

We wanted mentors. And we found them. They are not only distinguished in their fields, they are “wise and trusted counselors” who will be dedicated to making your TDI training experience valuable, memorable, and exhilarating.
